The home features a reverse living floor plan, 2 bdrm and 2 bath, with vaulted ceilings and large windows, which brings in lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is very open with large windows which look out onto the upper deck and the golf course. The deck has a gas barbecue and seating for those relaxing afternoons. There is a lava rock wood burning fireplace in the living room (wood provided) for those chilly nights or turn on the air conditioning for those hot afternoons.  We have a 37 in LCD flat screen TV along with a BluRay DVD. The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully equipped with everything you need. The dining area has seating for eight.

The lower level has the master suite and the second bedroom. In the master suite there is a king-size bed, and also another wood burning fireplace.  There is a deck off the master which overlooks the golf course. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a set of twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a Flat Screen TV and a BluRay.  There are also two separate seating areas on the stairway landings which make for a quite getaway.  The upper stairway landing has a child's bed, which kids just love.  The stairway also leads to a roof top deck which is a perfect place to soak up the sun or to enjoy your morning coffee.
