First off, I have to say that Clark was a pleasure to deal with. An absolutely perfect host. Made the booking process extremely easy and promptly answered any questions we had. This property at Kamaole Sands is in a perfect location, with great amenities close by. Excellent restaurant’s, coffee shops, bakery, and market a short walk from the condo! Also, you are directly across the street from Kam3 beach which is very convenient for popping back to the suite. You’re also very close to Wailea and Makena. Kamaole Sands has very nice well kept grounds with an excellent pool, hot tubs, and barbecue areas. The suite being on the 4th floor offers a very spacious unit complete with a roomie loft. The owners have done a great job decorating and outfitting this unit. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. There is an excellent supply of items for the beach including boogie boards, lawn chairs, and a cooler to name a few. We spent many evenings relaxing on the spacious lanai soaking up the great views of the grounds and ocean. Overall, this property was great and helped in making our Christmas family vacation to Maui one to remember! We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

We stayed for 9 days in December and everything was great. Condo is well stocked and perfect location, close to the Kam 3 beach. No complaints.

This condo has everything you would need for a home away from home. The condo is beautiful, great location to all the beaches and strip. I loved the book of information that is provided about everything on the condo, history on Maui and places and things to do and see. I will be contacting them when I go back. Just loved it.

We have a wonderful 3-week stay in Kamaole Sands 10-409. The condo is very well appointed and the location is perfect. It's the perfect spot. Close to the beach and overlooking the beautiful gardens. Sunsets were amazing. Clark and Bridget are the perfect hosts. Very attentive and great response time if you need them. Mahalo, and we will be back! Thank you,

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. The Kamaole Sands grounds & location are spectacular and this condo, for us, was like being in our own home!! This unit has a very well stocked kitchen and other amenities for going to the beaches too. There is also a binder full of instructions for all equipment in the unit & other info about Maui. The only reason we will not be a repeat customer to this unit is that it’s not available for the length of time we stay in Maui.

We come to Maui several times a year and have stayed at Kam Sands many times. 10-409 is now our favorite 2 bedroom at Kam Sands. Two of our grandkids who live in Maui stayed with us several nights we were there. The condo is very clean and furnished with everything you need for a great Maui vacation. The air conditioning is the best of all the condos we’ve stayed at in Maui. We Have it booked again for two more trips to Maui. Chuck and Kathy The Dalles, Oregon

Thank you. Although we were delayed in getting to Maui due to winter weather, having you accommodate and allowing our adult daughters to check in and use the condo early was beyond expected, but very much appreciated. Your place has everything; large lanai, updated everything, a nice open concept, great location, and it is well appointed. Coffee each morning on the lanai was very tranquil. The easy walk across the street or over to the pool was welcomed. We will definitely rent from you again when we return to Maui. Gratitude and appreciation.

We spent 10 days at C+B’s two bedroom suite in kamaole sands and loved every minute. The kitchen was fully equipped and totally functional. There was AC in 3 rooms but we only ended up using it for one night in two of the rooms. The location was excellent, close to the beach and not far from the pool. The TV’s even have little HDMI extensions in case your kids want to bring along a video game system or something. Really can’t say enough about not only the stay, but how helpful Clark was as a host. Just incredible service and value. Thank you very much! -Joe

My family stayed for 1 week at Clark and Bridget’s rental and it was by far the most incredible rental we have ever had! It is beautiful and clean and has an incredible location. The view is beautiful from the balcony and it is a short walk from the beach. We appreciated the extra towels and beach chairs and especially the wagon to carry our things to the beach. They have so many things in the unit that make the stay easier and more relaxing. There are plenty of kitchen dishes/utensils too. The decor is pretty and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. My questions were answered promptly and we did take advantage of the discount with Mauivans (who also lowered our car rental rate since the rate decreased since we had booked our car). I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when we visit Maui again. Many thanks for your hospitality!

We have stayed in Clark and Bridget’s condos several time over the last 8 years. Each time it feels like our home away from home. They do a great job of making you feel welcome, the condos are decorated beautifully with everything you need for a great stay. Clark is very responsive if you do need to get in contact with him and will always do what he can to rectify any situation that comes up. We, (two adult couples) had a terrific vacation in Maui and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Clark had prompt and courteous communication and we always felt that we were in good hands by staying at the property. The entire condo was very clean and modernized. The kitchen appliances and kitchenware were perfect. We loved the comfortable chairs and sturdy table on the Lanai along with the wonderful views of the grounds and ocean. This is the perfect building to be in for it's convenience to the beach. The entire complex and grounds were very clean, secure and well maintained. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend booking ! Mahalo Clark for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands 10-409! The setup was very comfortable and fun with the King loft overlooking the family room, yet still providing plenty of privacy. Although we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen was stocked with everything we would have needed to prepare a feast. We did take advantage of all that was provided for our beach days: umbrellas, coolers, chairs, towels, etc. I was confident my stay would be good because CB was incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries before we arrived. Once we got there, everything was perfect, and we didn't need to call at all. If we make it to Maui again, we will definitely return to one of CB's condos!

We stayed here in this beautiful condo with our 4 kids and I cannot say enough how wonderful it was!! If I could give 6 or even 7 stars, I would!! There was plenty of room to sleep and there was a pack n play provided for my 10 month old as well. I also cannot rave enough about the abundance of supplies for the Beach, from umbrellas to chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. The wagon was soooo nice and the Beach was literally 3 min. away!! So convenient!!! We literally never turned the AC on, because being on the 4 th floor, we had a nice breeze coming in. There were fans in each room and ceiling fans as well, the AC was just not needed. It was also nice to have all the things in the kitchen, and the bbq’s available. We cooked quite a bit. Clark was also very responsive and so kind!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo in Paradise!!
